Examination due to cause of nasal bone warpage and postoperative description of specific septum curvature (1-4 days elapsed)
The reason for the nasal septal curvature surgery and the reason for the preoperative examination are that the nose gets stuffy in winter, and the nose gets stuffy even if it’s not winter, and when the surrounding environment is bad, the nose gets stuffy. When I looked at the picture, I could see that it was bent to the left by my standards.
The warpage doesn’t look noticeable, but it’s only visible when you look at your nose, and everyone is slightly asymmetric and bent. However, if that leads to inconvenience and is aesthetically concerned, I think it is not bad to consider surgery for nasal septal curvature! For this reason, I visited a hospital where non-septal curvature surgery is possible in the neighborhood and waited for a while for the specialist director of nose surgery to come. I made a reservation and waited for an hour.
When I wrote “Surgery consultation due to nose bend” in the medical examination, I checked the inside of the nose with a nose endoscope and showed it to me, but I could see that the inside of the nose was different because it was bent. I had a blood test and a CT scan, and I was prescribed medicine to take it 5 days before the surgery (about 80,000 won)! I heard you do a lot of plastic surgery to raise your nose during surgery, but the patient did it for medical purposes only.
I didn’t think about anything because it was two weeks after the surgery day, but I started to get nervous on the surgery day. It was the first time surgery on Friday, but I got a call to come to the hospital before 7:30. After that, you have to do sleep anesthesia, so you have to fast from midnight the day before! (I told you that a small amount of water is fine, but just in case…) I came to the hospital room after receiving the surgery, changed into an operating suit, had a skin test before the surgery, and gave me an allergy test slip. There was no abnormality, so I did an olfactory test in the hospital room, and I did a test to tell you briefly what it smelled like.
After the test, I inserted the needle in advance to get an intravenous drip later. After waiting, go to the clinic, put a handful of gauze wet with anesthetic on both sides, wait for a while, and go to the operating room right away! Many people say that they feel something cold coming through the blood vessels when they put the needle in, but the patient fell asleep gradually after the medicine came in, and the doctor woke him up when he sutured in the operating room.
After the surgery, I went back to the hospital room and ate porridge at lunchtime, but it was difficult to pass through my throat because my nose was clogged with gauze. I was hospitalized for six hours after eating porridge, so I was discharged from the hospital around three o’ I heard that big places like university hospitals and general hospitals are hospitalized for 2 nights and 3 nights and 4 days, but this is a town hospital, and it was a big advantage for office workers to get rid of gauze the next day after leaving the hospital on the day!
After I was discharged from the hospital, I was prescribed medicine and when I got home, blood and mucus came out of my nose, and the gauze I put under my nose got wet a lot, so they changed it several times. The pain goes away when I take medicine, but I felt fat because the gauze is packed tightly. A bundle of gauze is inside the nose where gauze is applied. My nose was clogged with gauze rather than fattening pain, so it was very difficult to breathe through my mouth. I didn’t feel like I was just covering my nose and breathing through my mouth, but the pressure went up and it was hard to spit, and I couldn’t sleep properly because I woke up every two hours.

second day of surgery
Days 3-4 of surgery
The hospital treated me until Saturday, accepted me by nine o’clock, visited me, and exchanged gauze again. I removed the internal secretions in the section, but there was no significant difference. I didn’t have any nasal congestion and it was similar to the second day, but I felt it was a little hard to bleed. The size of the nostrils on the left side was relatively small, but blood and mucus came out more and the right side was less. When I got home, I had to wipe it with a tissue, and it felt like I couldn’t stop bleeding well.
I attended the hospital on the fourth day, and I had no choice but to come to the hospital every day because of the pain. When I arrived at the hospital, I cleaned my nose with gauze and sterilized it. Above all, I put a tape on my left nose to help stop bleeding. When I looked into it later, I found that Omega-3 in the supplement was slower than others because it hindered hemostasis. I thought I should only say things like chronic diseases, blood pressure, and aspirin depending on the presence or absence of the medication, but I didn’t know that supplements also contain such ingredients.
The director complained about why I ate it, but I didn’t know that this was not common sense and that there were side effects like this. I recommend that you cut Omega 3 for about a week and get an appointment for surgery. After knowing the cause, I quit Omega 3, and I took prescription medicine hard. My nose has been like that since the day of surgery. The director complained about why I ate it, but I didn’t know that this was not common sense and that there were side effects like this.
