5월이 끝날 것 같다, 예년보다 덥지 않아서 아침저녁으로 제법 봄기운이 느껴진다.뭔가 요즘은 더 여름이 오는 게 싫어지는데 그런 기분 탓인지 요즘은 루즈하고 늘어지는 해외 아티스트들의 인디음악 같은 걸 듣게 된다.
그래서 그런지 요즘 들어 Almost Monday나 halfalive 노래 등을 듣게 되어 누워서 아무것도 하지 않으면서 계속 몸을 숙이고 있다.그리고 Dreamer Boy의 Puppy Dog도 처음 나왔을 때는 괜찮다고 할 정도였는데 요즘에 또 계속 듣고 있어서 정말 올드한 느낌으로 세련됐더라고.
Dreamer Boy 프로젝트 팀? 이라고 해야 되나?여기에는 잭 테일러, 바비 크네퍼, 아담 알론조, 코디 클라크로 구성돼 있다.근데 정확한 정보가 거의 없고 트위터 같은 데서 봐도 거의 잭이라서… 소재를 더 줘.
현재 드리머보이는 테네시 주 내 슈빌에 드림하우스라고 불리는 집에서 함께 살면서 작업을 하는 것으로 알려졌다.매번 내가 좋아하는 팝가수들은 왜 그렇게 내슈빌에 살고 있는지..정말 언젠가 내슈빌을 방문해야 할 것 같다.내방해서 그들의 집 투어를 한번씩 하면… 무훗?
퍼피독은 작년 12월 발매인데 이 노래를 쓴 게 1년 반 전이라고 하니까 실제로 노래를 완성한 건 2018년 여름쯤이었던 것 같다.뭔가 노래를 들으면 자기가 좋아하는 사람을 대하는 자기 모성을 강아지에 비유한 것 같기도 하고 혼자 짝사랑하는 모습은 강아지에 비유한 것 같기도 하다.1997년생 어린 잭과 잘 어울리는 것 같아. 물론 사운드는 올드하지만 나름대로 너무 매력적인 노래다.
